This policy explains how Royale Ride Ltd, trading as Royale Rides, collects, uses, stores and protects your personal data. It covers our website, quote requests, bookings and any contact you have with us.

We collect only what we need to quote for, arrange and carry out your journey. That usually falls into these groups:
Card details: our website does not take card payments. Where a payment is taken through a third-party provider, that provider handles the card details. We do not receive or store your full card number.
If you give us somebody else's details, please make sure you are allowed to share them and that the person knows this policy applies.

Please note: messages about a booking you have already made, such as confirmations, chauffeur details and arrival alerts, are sent under contract rather than marketing consent. They continue even if you opt out of marketing.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We keep personal data only as long as we need it, then delete it or make it anonymous.
